The following general rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, and all other gaming activities on jaya70:

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account, notify our support team by email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Bonus balances may not be withdrawable.

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 may be deducted until the balance reaches zero.
